Location
Soltech Power Solutions carried out this installation at Vellimon in Kollam district. The system is built around modules on a tilted frame set above the roof line.
The tilt was set to clear the surrounding coconut palms as far as the site allowed, keeping the modules in direct sun for more of the day.
A site survey and shadow check came first, then the structural design for the mounting, the supply of modules and balance of system, the fabrication and fixing on site, the DC and AC wiring with earthing and surge protection, and commissioning. The same team handles after-sales service and maintenance across Trivandrum and Kollam.
