Soltech Power Solutions carried out this installation at Perinad in Kollam district. The system is built around a raised galvanised frame carrying the modules clear of the terrace slab.
Lifting the array off the slab keeps air moving under the modules, which holds cell temperature down, and leaves the terrace and the existing water tank stand usable underneath.
A site survey and shadow check came first, then the structural design for the mounting, the supply of modules and balance of system, the fabrication and fixing on site, the DC and AC wiring with earthing and surge protection, and commissioning. The same team handles after-sales service and maintenance across Trivandrum and Kollam.
