Soltech Power Solutions carried out this installation at Karamana in Thiruvananthapuram district. The system is built around a fabricated steel canopy frame carrying the array above the terrace.
The frame was set high enough to clear the existing tanks and pipework, so nothing on the roof had to be moved or rerouted to make room for the array.
A site survey and shadow check came first, then the structural design for the mounting, the supply of modules and balance of system, the fabrication and fixing on site, the DC and AC wiring with earthing and surge protection, and commissioning. The same team handles after-sales service and maintenance across Trivandrum and Kollam.
